What are the products required for a full RV Roof Coating?

RV Roof Smart Cleaner (Clean your roof without killing your grass or polluting the sewer. Promotes better adhesion of coatings.)
Primer (Using the correct primer promotes adhesion and extends the life of your RV roof coating.)

EPDM & TPO Primer

EPDM Roof: Smooth & Rubbery. White top and black bottom. Most common RV Roof.
TPO Roof: Textured & plasticky. Same color top and bottom, usually reflective. Has an orange peel like texture.

Multipurpose Primer (for Fiberglass, Metal/Aluminum and PVC/Vinyl Roofs)

PVC/Vinyl Roof: Smooth & plasticky. Same color top and bottom.
Fiberglass Roof: Smooth hard gel like surface.
Metal/Aluminum Roof: Looks like a metal roof.

Seam Tape (Bridge across larger areas and protect areas prone to leaking/movement. Excellent adhesion.)
RV Lap Sealant (Seal around vents, skylights and other areas. Self leveling.)
RV Roof Coating (provides your waterproof protective barrier and solar reflectivity)

Do I need a Primer when using RV Roof Coating?
Yes. For EPDM and TPO Roofs, you will need to use EPDM &TPO Primer, for other surfaces use Multipurpose Primer. See the application guide for more information.

Can I go over old paint?
Yes, you must remove all loose, flaking paint and then rough sand the well adhered paint before cleaning.

How long does it take to get my order once I have placed it?

Do I need primer under the Seam Tape?
No, Seam Tape does not require primer.

Can I coat over RV Lap Sealant?
Yes. You can coat over RV Lap Sealant after allowing the Lap Sealant to cure for 24 hours.
